St. Thomas Aquinas Dominican Priory
The Challenge
The committee for the St. Thomas Aquinas Dominican Priory approached Okay Yellow in hopes of finding an agency to create a series of mailings, letterhead and displays to help them in their quest to raise $4.6 million dollars to build a Priory for the Dominican Order here in Charlottesville. The committee is a non-profit and so had limited funds and resources to work with.
The Solution
We created a beautiful yet strong 5-component mailer designed to cut through mailbox clutter. We designed it not only to inform recipients of the Who, What, Where, and Whens of the project, but to move them to donate to the cause. It included a full-color booklet with a folder pocket stuffed with a Pledge Card, letter and return envelope. We also created a large vertical display banner which was used for meetings, and inside the church to advertise and increase familiarity with the project.
